Sowbhagya Media Limited was incorporated in 1994 and listed on the Bombay, Madras and Hyderabad Stock Exchanges. In 2005, the management of the Company was taken over by M/s. Siri Media Private Limited.
M/s. Siri Media Private Limited were the publishers of reputed Telugu magazines “Bobbili Puli” and “Megha Sandesam” and the erstwhile Telugu Daily Newspaper
“Udayam”. Through an associate venture, the promoters are also engaged in film production and distribution. Pooling up the expertise and proven credentials in the fields of films and media, the management intends to develop the company into a full fledged media company.
Sowbhagya seek to grow through strategic diversification. The company plans to benefit from growing opportunities in the changing business landscape. By using the latest technologies and adopting best practices Sowbhagya intends to reach new horizons in it’s chosen fields.
